Information you provide
Our enquiry forms collect your name, email address, phone number and the property or suburb details you choose to provide. A quote request also includes the selected cleaning service, property type and size, rooms, frequency, preferred date and arrival window, extras, pets, access or parking information, instructions and how you heard about us. We record your consent to contact you about the enquiry.
Please do not submit payment card details, identification documents, alarm codes, key safe codes or other sensitive information through these forms.
How enquiries are handled
We use these details to respond to your enquiry, confirm service availability, prepare a quote and discuss an appointment. Forms are sent through Microsoft Azure Communication Services to the nominated enquiry mailbox, currently [email protected]. An automatic acknowledgement may also be sent to your email address.
Submitted details are processed by the email relay and retained in the business mailbox for as long as needed to respond to and follow up your enquiry, and in the email providers’ systems according to their own retention settings.
Security and spam prevention
Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection, and we use reasonable safeguards and spam controls to protect the form and the mailbox it reaches. No online transmission or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Browser storage and analytics
A short-lived enquiry reference is stored in your browser’s session storage to display the confirmation page and prevent duplicate conversion events. It contains the form type, submission time and email acknowledgement status, without your name, email address, phone number, property details or instructions.
The site contains event tracking through Google Analytics 4, which records page views, how visitors arrive and whether an enquiry was submitted. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and receives a masked IP address and device details, never the contents of your enquiry. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies for this site. No advertising trackers are used.
