Do you degrease kitchens and rangehoods?
Yes. Benches, splashbacks and floors are part of the regular clean; canopy, filter and deep degreasing are scheduled periodically as an extra.
How do you get in after close?
Keys, a lockbox or an alarm code, agreed with you at the walk-through and recorded against the site.
