A clear starting point for arranging your cleaning service.
Enquiries and booking confirmation
Submitting a form requests a quote or a conversation. It does not create a confirmed appointment. HOZ CLEANING will discuss availability, the scope of work and the price with you before an appointment is accepted. Preferred dates and arrival windows remain subject to confirmation.
Quotes and the agreed scope
A quote considers the property size and condition, requested service, frequency, extras and access requirements. We confirm the tasks and price before work begins. Let us know about material changes to the property or requested work so we can discuss any changes to scope and cost.
Optional extras
Tasks such as inside ovens, refrigerators, cupboards and interior windows, balconies, wall spot-cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, linen changes and pet hair treatment are selectable requests. Their inclusion, availability and additional costs must be confirmed in your quote.
Access and property information
Please provide accurate property information and discuss access, parking, pets, delicate surfaces and relevant hazards before the appointment. Do not send security codes through the public enquiry form. Access and key arrangements are agreed separately.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Contact HOZ CLEANING as soon as your plans change so that alternative arrangements can be discussed.
Payments
Payment methods, timing and any deposit requirements will be communicated with the quote before you book.
Recurring cleaning
Weekly, fortnightly and monthly cleaning can be requested. The cleaning plan and appointment availability are agreed with you.
End-of-lease cleaning
End-of-lease cleaning is performed to an agreed scope informed by the requirements you provide. Bond return depends on the landlord or property manager and is not guaranteed by HOZ CLEANING. A cleaning appointment cannot determine the outcome of a final inspection or bond assessment.
